Refund policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your LumiRed device, we offer a return option under the following conditions:

Return Conditions:

• Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories intact.

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with EU and UK distance selling regulations.

• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of devices that have been used or show signs of wear.

Return Shipping:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your item arrives safely.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method (excluding original shipping costs), typically within 5 to 7 working days.

• If the return does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to deny the refund.

Please contact us at hello@lumired.ie with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Important Notes:

• We do not offer exchanges or returns on items that have been used or trialled.

• This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Irish or UK consumer law.
